Azalea Trail Run

T-Shirt Design Contest


The ATR race committee is seeking designs for the 40th Azalea Trail Run. The winning artist will have their art seen on over 5,000 race shirts and in race promotion media, receive a cash prize of $400, plus have the opportunity to have booth at the ATR Health and Fitness Expo on March and , .

Criteria

  • Designs should measure 12” x 12”
  • Designs may be completed in one or more of the following media: color markers, paint, colored pencils, inks, chalks or crayons.
  • Designs may be hand drawn, designed with computer assistance, or a combination of techniques.
  • Designs should include the race name, location, date, and a depiction of the ATR logo – the running azalea

Submitting designs

  • Hardcopies of designs should be submitted on unlined, white paper.
  • Hardcopies of designs may be dropped off at the Port City Pacers office located at 358 Morgan Avenue; Mobile, AL 36606 or mailed to: ATR/PCP; PO Box 6427; Mobile, AL 36660
  • Designs in electronic format may be emailed to azaleatrailrun@bellsouth.net. Please submit designs in jpg or pdf format.
  • Designs will not be returned to the artists.
  • The Azalea Trail Run is not responsible for lost entries.
  • Deadline for submission is 5 PM, .

Selection of winning design

  • Members of the ATR race committee will select the winning design. The decision of the committee will be final.
  • The winning design will be announced and revealed on January 1, .
  • The winning design becomes the property of the Azalea Trail Run/Port City Pacers and may be modified, displayed and published as the ATR/PCP sees fit.
