"Interesting that you chose to run back to the start rather than change your tube"-Mo (or dunnomuchMO)

I was in a 2-11-2 duathlon. By the time I changed the rear tire and tube on my old clunker, in an eleven mile bike leg, the competition would have been starting their final 2 mile run. It's not like I had to prove that I could do the distance. I've done this race several years in a row. I was leading the mountain bike competition when I had the blowout but the second place mountain bike was right behind me. The race was over for me at that point. I still got an hour long workout for the day with the run back to the start. AT LEAST I GOT OUT OF BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS I have changed more tubes and tires on bikes, than diapers on whining babies like you.
