Hello Pacers!
Please join us for the first-annual Leakesville, Miss., Run-4-Pride walk and run. The four-kilometer ( 2.5-mile) walk and run will begin at the Leakesville Community Center at 7:30 a.m. and follow a safe, scenic route through Leakesville. Prizes will be awarded three deep in every age category, and participants will enjoy refreshments after they've completed the course. Every registered participant also will be eligible to win door prizes.
Proceeds from the race will bolster the efforts of the Town Beautification Committee. For children 18 and younger, the race costs only $10; preregistered adults (entries must be received by June 14) pay only $12; and day-of-race registration (6:45 a.m.-7:15 a.m.) costs $15. Preregistered participants will be guaranteed a commemorative t-shirt.
