Actually, I don't think you remember it quite right. It ended with the person delivering the triple dog dare getting some poor schmuck to do something that wasn't particularly bright and the triple dog darer getting to bask in the euphoria of getting to watch their victim do something stupid . . . as in "I trple dog dare you to wear a thong to Joe Cain . . .". 8o
