No, I am not a coach (to my couple of friends reading this). Jody are you running in Mobile or Baldwin County? Jon Adams has a group he trains mostly in the Baldwin area, if interested I will get jon in touch with you. Actually, Jon reads this site so I am sure he might be posting himself.
