Thanks for the quick responses! I am in West Mobile County, but if the only coach is in Baldwin I might be willing to travel.

I've been hesitant to join any of the training groups because I am a bit slower than the typical pace. When I've been training, I'm around 9:30/mile, a little faster for short races. That's one of the things I'd like to work on. Mostly I want to learn how to avoid inflaming my plantar fasciitis and have someone check my form.
