Sheryl, Many venues to support your running habit. First, make certain you get signed up for the Joe Cain 5k on the 3rd of February. Great time to be had by all, and you can meet many runners with much help/advise. Even if you decide to walk the 5k, come out and enjoy the fun times of the day. The PCPacers support and organize most runs in our area. We the people(members)of the PCPacers & many non-members supply the runners. Victor, maybe you should chime in at this time.
