Kenny, you wouldn't know a gauntlet if it slapped you upside the head.
gaunlet-a medieval glove, as of mail or plate, worn by a knight in armor to protect the hand.
Kenny, if you throw down the gaunlet it's got to be because there's a beer somewhere near by and your gauntlet won't fit in the handle. Hey, but don't forget that leaves that hand unprotected. We, the Bombers, at least the guys, can't match you young Spiridoners head to head but virtually (thanks Leif) we might just kick your butt. Our girls on the other hand are kickin some butt and can match up with any other team around here. So don't go throwing down that gauntlet in a carefree manner. Those fingertips might get nipped.
