Yes, this could be the end. Yesterday, none other than David and Lu Jeffries were seen running at the Blue Bell Bombers circle. If I see them 2 more times, I'm claiming them. It will be all over for the other teams if that occurs. This is just notification so that all other running teams can go ahead and surrender now, saving the embarrasment of being whupped shamelessly.
