Jamie Pilgrim is the only consistent female running with us right now and I'm not sure if she'll be there, but if you want to pair her up with one of your girls that would be good. Not sure what her 5k pace is, but she strong in long runs. We also have several other guys not mentioned, so if you have any others, we need to look at paces to be fair.
If there are any Bombers who are hurt (or just slow) pair em up with me. I've been running limited days for about four weeks after being out 3 months with a knee tear. Wouldn't be much of challenge for whoever you choose though but still sounds fun.
Not sure about the duo, not many Charr guys with bikes.
