Back to duathlons, if you're looking for guideance, don't look to FBM. The two duathlons I can remember him doing . . . the first one I saw him running his bike backwards along the course back to transition with a flat, on his way to DNF. The second saw him loosing minutes due to having to dismount and tighten a loose stem binder bolt. And then, there's wearing those parachude running shorts on the bike . . .
