I posted a long detailed message in response to your post last night but for some reason it didn't show up. Anyway we have a good contingent of runners who meet and run regularly on the Eastern Shore with some running as much as 80 miles per week. The good thing about this community is there are plenty of runners so there is always someone to run with. We are taking a break from the track for the summer but we meet typically 4 times a week as a group. Check out our forum if you haven't already.
