I think to actually mean anything in regards to "team competition"....Any/All races should be in a "head-to-head" scenario. I agree with Victor's earlier comment on the differences in courses/climate and such.....this becomes even MORE of a factor in the longer races such as the Marathons and Half-Marathons. We need to decide on some races, and let those be the chosen fields of competition. The "rub" in all of this would be putting a Marathon in the mix....I can't think of a way to make this fair for any of the teams since I'm sure all of us already have our Marathons picked out that we are training for.
Perhaps some members from the different teams can get together after the Crime Prevention on Tuesday and put something together?
