The Heart of Champions 5K will be held on Oct. 4, 2008 in Bay Minette, AL beginning @ 8AM (1 mile fun run will begin @ 9AM) to benefit Bay Minette Elementary, Bay Minette Intermediate, Pine Grove School, & the cross-country team from Baldwin County High.
The awards & door prizes are plentiful (ex. a Garmin 301 GPS Watch, HOC dry caps, & other great prizes); participates will be treated to HOT Domino's Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, fruit, snacks & beverages.
Registration will take place @ the Kid's Park off McMillan Ave. the morning of the race. Entry forms are available @ McCoy's in Mobile, the YMCA, & Omni in Daphne. You can pre-register up until the 3rd of October @ the Wellness Cnt. in Bay Minette.
The course is totally flat & USATF certified AL05034JD.
