Welcome to Mobile! There is a large group that goes out of the Mellow Mushroom each Tuesday for a 5K (steps off at 6PM sharp). Everyone from pretty fast pace to near walkers. That is located on Airport, just west of Government; you'll hear it called "The Loop". Several groups run from Carpe Diem (near SpringHill College) in the early AM. I'm sure they'll post here as well. You might also want to check out the Bay Area Runners, I'm sure they have a website; if you Google 'em they'll show up. What type of pace and distance are you looking for?
