When my ITB was messed up going into Boston I went to Fleming Rehab. Bob Fleming really seemed to know what he was doing. He taught me some good stretches but also could massage and work on a nerve which when he would get it to release it would make a world of difference. I think you may have to have a prescription to go to him but I'm not sure.
