The camp is going to befun based to get athletes to enjoy running then anything. I am going to have speakers from high school coaches, to NCAA qualifiers, to All-Americans talking to the kids about team building and hard work. This isn't a camp about what is right or wrong in training. This is more about showing kids running can be fun and hard work at the same time.
