I never noticed that your team had more than one female only twice. We had grumblings on our team from individuals of one of the genders. I won't name which one. They said that they felt like they did not matter in the competition. I'm just trying to "keep it real" in a virtual way. No matter what we do I would like to see the competition continue. It's a lot of fun to me.
