There are a handful of clients and instructors at Pro Health (Mobile Infirmary) that are signed up for Chicago. There are also a bunch of the folks from CHARR who are running the Marine Corps Marathon two weeks after Chicago. I will be running a 50K trail ultra the week before. You can find a thread on the CHARR forum (see the links page on this website). Those folks are all very friendly.
If you want Chicago specific runners to train with I can put you in touch with the folks at Pro Health. Most of my long runs will be done on trails between now and October, but if that appeals you are welcome to join me as well.
