The Duathlon sounds great but I decided not to travel with my bike and after a 5K last weekend and a Tri this Sat, I am planning on taking a weekend off of racing as I am planning on returning for another race in Jax on 7/4. However, the 10 mile group run sounds appealing if I can get up for it, I have a feeling that Sat night may be a late night as I am spending the weekend with old college friends. 8:30 is a comfortable 10 miler pace for me so I will save the info and make sure I know where to go and try to meet up for that run. Thanks for all the responses! Sorry I am just now getting back on here.
