The Bounds (Daphne) YMCA is hosting a Running and Fitness Clinic in Daphne, July 27-31. It’s a Monday through Friday, 9am-11am clinic. Ezra Bialy, former USA track and field star, is going to conduct it. It is open to all ages, particularly to any high school, college, or middle school runners.
