The city wanted to utilize the new City Hall. It will be a loop course finishing at City Hall instead of the Library. In addition to eliminating the downhill finish, there will be a small hill climb up Magnolia Avenue about halfway into the race. Below is a mapmyrun link to the approximate course. It has not been measured for certification yet. I am also measuring a fast one mile loop for this event.
