Here we go again. This is our (the Bombers) third relay and the third year in a row that we find ourselves one runner down with 3 days till race day. This year we need a runner (male or female any age) that can do a 46:30 (7:30 pace) 10K. You can be faster than that but we must have someone who can do at least that pace because our team has been given a starting time based on our original team's average pace. You will have to do 3 runs in 24 hours each about 6 miles long.
The team is leaving this Thursday and returning Sunday. If necessary, you can drive up Friday as long as you can get to Lexington and meet up with us by 2:00 PM.
