Pat, the way I understand it, is that anytime the Pacers produce a race for someone, they charge a fee based on the number of finishers. I believe The Arthritis Association asked non-competitive walkers not to be scored so they wouldn't have to pay a fee for them. I don't think the Pacers had any involvement in that.
