This crossed my mind as well as one of the slower 5K runners...I'm new to the arena of these runs and honestly felt like I was in the way. I thought 2 lanes would have worked well like it was closer to the finish line. Dividing keeping the road divided at the merge maybe? I appreciated having the 5K available! Thanks for letting us join in!
