Hi,
I have recently begun running and have worked my way up to about 3 miles. On the track I run about 10 minute miles, although I am breathing pretty easy with this (the legs are a slightly different story). I'd like to start doing some group runs to keep me motivated and also get off the track, but I'm not sure which runs are slow beginner friendly. I have the Mellow Milers on the list but I'd appreciate pointers for others.
