Yep, it is that time of year again, boom, boom starts this Friday night with the Conde Cavaliers rolling through downtown Mobile. Go out watch the parade catch the throws and then go home, rest up for the Battle of Mobile Bay Saturday morning. While down there pick up a race app. for the Joe Cain Classic 5K, you will have plenty of time to recoup and retrain for this outstanding race. What makes it outstanding? The cause of course. All proceeds go to Challenged Athlete's. Every year we search of individual's and or groups to make our donations to and I can assure you this years selection is as equal to those in prior years.
