The Pacers are still in need of people to step up for a couple of roles in the upcoming race season. We still do not have a Course Marshal for any of the Pacer races or a Race Director for the Hurricane Run 5K. The Hurricane Run is only 2 months away so we really need someone to step up ASAP. This person does not have to be a member of the Pacers or even a runner/walker. If we cannot get someone to step up we run the risk of not having a race on the schedule that's been around since 1980. The board members cannot continue to act as race directors for every single race. This is YOUR club too! If you want to see the races you've come to know and love continue, then we urge you to please volunteer for at least one race.
