So the question is...who dat..is this years' guest ghost for the Ghost Chase?
We are starting a tradition of inviting a runner to Ghost run the event. Depending on the runner, this might entail a 5 minute head start and you chase the ghost, or a 30 second delay and the ghost chases you. But who is the ghost.
The start for the Dog RIver Ghost Chase will be 5 PM on October 29th, at the RIver Shack. The slight schedule change is that we will run the kids Ghoblin Gallop (400m) at 5 and start the race immediately after, approximately 5:05 PM. The purpose of this change is to create a more exciting environment for the kids as we older runners can cheer them on. So plan your warm up accordingly.
Remember to wear your costume and that there will be prizes for both kid and adult cosutmes, as well as live music, a great raffle with a 14 ft kayak, running shoes, gift certificates and more!!
Live music at the post race, with great post race snack food and discounts on your meals (with race number).
