Hello all - I'm posting to ask for volunteers for Saturday's Holiday Half & 8K at Mullet Point. I'm thinking most of you here are probably running, but if you have ideas for finding volunteers...please help. I'm new to this role with the Pacers and open to suggestions.
Saturday's needs include the usual tasks of helping with course setup, registration, water stops, course support, and at the finish line. (And of course cleaning up and packing up once we're done.) We'll have a better idea of both commitments and needs following tomorrow night's board meeting.
Like most voluntary organizations, we have an ongoing need for volunteers at future Pacer races too. We appreciate all efforts to produce fun, safe, and unique events.
