Multiple PR's at every distance I've raced.
Lost some weight, gained some weight.
2011 was pretty darned good to me as a runner. Probably the best part was hangin' with the BOMBERS! Can't ask for a better group of friends Sunday through Friday, and arch enemies on Saturday mornings. Happy new year, everybody. Go get some PR's for 2012!
