Tom, Giving blood is a great thing. I understand the Red Cross wants platelets even more. This proceudre is not nearly as depleting as giving blood, but it takes longer. This is a grea alternative for a civic minded runner.
Rmember, the Ghost Chase is coming up on the 27th of October. I am sure there will be a vampire or two there who will help you with the blood thing.
