Yep, it is that time again, Mardi Gras 2013. Soon, the bands will be playing and strutin, strutin and playing followed by the floats throwing their throws. All these parades building up to Joe Cain Day and what would be a great way of starting off Joe Cain, running in the Joe Cain 5K. The course is AWESOME, Flat, Fast, and Ugly, WOW,makes you want to run or walk as fast as you can to get back for the Premier post race party.
Again, as in all years with the Joe Cain Classic, ALL money raised (after usual expenses)goes to CHALLENGED ATHLETES Programs in the Mobile and Baldwin counties only. Look forward to seeing you at the race.
