The Heart of Champions 5K (3.1 miles) & 1 mile run/walk will be held on October 5th @ the Kids Park (off McMillan Ave.) in Bay Minette, Alabama. The 5K will begin @ 8:00am & the 1 mile run/walk @ 9:00am. The course is totally flat & USATF certified AL05034JD. The proceeds will benefit the North Baldwin Council on Aging & the North Baldwin White Christmas Program.

A cash prize of $75 will be given to the overall 1st male & female, $50 to the overall 2nd male & female, & $25 to the overall 3rd male & female. Participants can choose from 4 color choices of either technical A4 shirts (available in adult men & women only) or t-shirts (available in adult & kid sizes). Awards include HOC dri-fit running caps, HOC mugs, & Nike dri-fit socks.
