The Fairhope Mullet Run will be held on Saturday, with the 5K starting at 8:30 a.m. and the 1-mile fun run going off at 9:30.

The event benefits the BayART Project.

Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild and the Fairhope Museum of History in Fairhope until noon Thursday or online until midnight Thursday. Race-day registration will be held from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. at the Fairhope Museum of History.

After the race, participants can enjoy fruit, snacks, frozen yogurt and fish and grits prepared by Rebecca's Restaurant. Original art awards will be presented to the fastest finishers in the various categories.

The Impala Gallop Fun Run - a 2-mile event - will be held at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at St. Ignatius Church in Mobile.

The event is part of St. Ignatius School's 10th anniversary Impala Gala.

Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild until noon Thursday, at St. Ignatius School until 2:30 p.m. Friday or online until midnight Thursday. Race-day registration will be held from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at St. Ignatius.

The postrace party will include dinner, adult beverages, a DJ and a big screen for football.

The Honey Bee 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at Honey Bee Park in Robertsdale. A 1-mile fun run will start at 9.

The event benefits the schools served by the Central Baldwin Education Foundation.

Registration forms are available online. Race-day registration will begin at 6:30 a.m. at the George P. Thames Senior Citizens Building at the south end of Honey Bee Park.

The 12th annual Heart of Champions 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at Bay Minette Kids Park.

The event benefits the North Baldwin Council on Aging and North Baldwin White Christmas.

Runners can register online until midnight Thursday.

The postrace party will include Chick-fil-A sandwiches, Pizza Hut pizza, baked goods from Panera Bread and Publix, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Starbucks coffee, Milo's tea, Pepsi products and fruit. There'll also be door prizes.

The Creek Crawl 2013 will be held at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley at 8 a.m. Saturday. The team competitors will start at 8:45, and there'll be a fun run at 10.

The race benefits the nature preserve.

The course will feature 25 obstacles spread over 5 miles of wooded terrain. The 5K fun run will feature 15 obstacles.

Runners can register online through midnight Friday.

The Pink Pumpkin Patch 5K will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at George Regional Hospital in Lucedale, Miss.

Organized by the George Regional Health System, the event aims to raise breast-cancer awareness.

Runners can register online through midnight Thursday.

Refreshments, face painting and pumpkin decorating will be part of the postrace party.

The I Pink I Can Run 4-Miler will be held at 8 a.m. Sunday at the Flora-Bama Lounge, Package and Oyster Bar in Orange Beach.

Organized by the Krewe du Ya Yas, the event aims to raise breast-cancer awareness and help economically challenged women in the area receive early detection mammograms and assistance with breast-cancer recovery.

Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild in Fairhope until noon Thursday or online until 8 p.m. Thursday. Late registration and early packet pickup will be held at Running Wild Pensacola from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday and at the Flora-Bama from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Race-day registration will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Flora-Bama.
