The Turkey Trot for Hope 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Thursday at Spanish Plaza in downtown Mobile. The Gobble Wobble Fun Run will start at 9 a.m.
The event benefits Camp Rap-A-Hope, which provides a week-long summer camp at Camp Grace in Mobile for youngsters 7 to 17 years old who have or who have had cancer.
Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild in Fairhope until noon Tuesday or online until midnight Tuesday. Race-day registration will be held from 6:15 to 7:30 a.m. at Spanish Plaza.
Food and beverages will be provided after the race.
The Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals Half Marathon and 5K Run will be held Saturday in Orange Beach. The Half Marathon starts at 8 a.m., the 5K and the 1-mile fun run start at 8:10.
Runners can register online until midnight Tuesday. Race-day registration will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. at the Orange Beach Sportsplex if spots in the races remain open.
The postrace party will be catered by Cosmo's and include crab-cake sliders, shrimp and grits, turkey and sausage gumbo, pasta salad and muffalettas on the menu.
The Walk by Faith 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at Steel Creek Lodge in Satsuma.
The event benefits the Home of Grace for Women Alumni programs.

The Puzzle Piece 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Sunday at Little Tree Preschool in Mobile. A 1-mile fun run starts at 9 a.m.
Organized by the Learning Tree, the event benefits the Autism Society of Alabama.
