The 37th annual Azalea Trail Run will be held on Saturday at the Mobile Civic Center. The 10K will start at 8:00 a.m., the 5K at 8:15 and the fun run around 9:15.
Runners can register at the Port City Pacers Office at 358 Morgan Ave., McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild in Fairhope until noon Friday or online until midnight Thursday. Registration also will be accepted from noon to 9 p.m. Friday at the Mobile Civic Center. There will be no race-day registration for the 10K.
Last year, 2,375 participants finished the ATR 10K and 1,907 finished the 5K. The 10K race also features an invited field of elite runners.
Held in conjunction with the Azalea Trail Run Health and Fitness Expo at the Mobile Civic Center, the post-race party will offer food, beverages and entertainment. The ATR Health and Fitness Expo will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
