Broad St is open from Michigan to Arlington Park. Broad St (West) is either closed or down to one lane from I-10. To get to Arlington Park, simply take Michigan off I-10, going South. Broad St is the 1st Left (if you don't count the 1-10 East ramp) This is less than quarter of mile.
Just go east (towards the sun) until you pass Airbus Engineering, not to be mistaken for Airbus Assembly. You're there.
