The Run of the Hill 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 5, on the Spring Hill College campus.

Organized by the Campus Ministry, the event benefits the Spring Hill College International Service Immersion Program.

Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild in Fairhope until noon Thursday or online until midnight Friday. Race-day registration will be held at 7 a.m. at the Stewartfield house at the end of the Avenue of the Oaks.

Food and beverages will be provided after the race.

The Bobcat 5K, which was scheduled for Saturday at Theodore High School, has been postponed until Oct. 18.

The Soaring Eagles 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at Medal of Honor Park in Mobile.

Organized by St. Dominic Cub Scouts Pack 143, the event benefits the St. Dominic Catholic School Scouting Program.

Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild in Fairhope until noon Thursday or online until midnight Thursday. Race-day registration will be held from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. at Medal of Honor Park.

Food and beverages will be provided after the race.

The Grand Bay 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at Grand Bay Middle School. A 1-mile fun run starts at 8:05 p.m.

Organized by the Friendship Baptist Church Foundation Student Ministry and House of Freedom Ministries Inc., the event benefits Foundation Student Ministry and House of Freedom's missionary work in Nicaragua.

Runners can register online until midnight Wednesday.

The Color Run returns to the Wharf at Orange Beach on Saturday. The first wave of runners goes off at 9 a.m.

A portion of the proceeds from the event benefits the Coastal Baldwin Enrichment Foundation.

The Young Life 5K Run/Walk and Family Cookout/Crawfish Boil will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center in Spanish Fort.

The event is organized by Young Life of Mobile.

Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor until noon Tuesday and online until midnight Tuesday. Race-day registration will be held from 3 to 3:45 p.m. at the Five Rivers Center.

The cookout will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. There's no charge for runners.
