The Annual Speed The Light 5K Run/Walk will be Saturday, October 4, 8:00 AM, Praise Family Church, 2605 Dawes Road. The course is certified and runs through neighborhoods around the church. Preregister online http://speedthelight.eventbrite.com until midnight Thursday, Oct. 2, at McCoy Outdoor or Run-N-Tri in Mobile or Running Wild in Fairhope by noon Thursday; day of race until 7:45 AM.
