Lynn did fine in her marathon. My friend Lindsey was doing her first marathon and she did great. We ran around 4:15.
Birmingham is a very hilly place. Cold too. Hurt my lungs. It was snowing the night before. If I had hill trained it would have been better.
They have an awesome medal and finisher's shirt. I saved the shiney blanket too.
They had nice people handing out grease, bubble gum, kleenex etc. Reminded me of my favourite water stop in First Light..yours!
