Hey Guys. I asked some questions this time last year about the Holiday Half. But, I don't remember the answers. (sorry) I trained for the event, but was not able to participate. Around the end of November I dropped a 45 pound weight on my foot and could not run for awhile. Anyway, you guys are always so nice in answering my questions. I hope you don't mind doing it once again! :)

I've heard that the course is a little hilly. Is there alot of hills, or a few? Currently I'm running on flat roads or the treadmill. Should I be running on some hills to prepare? I live in Daphne and thought about running sometimes in the Timbercreek subdivision. It's pretty hilly. Also, what about the headwinds? Someone told me that they can be brutal.

I'm a little nervous about running the distance. The farthest I've ever ran is 10 miles. And I'm a little slow. So, any info you have about the race would help me not be as nervous. Thanks!
