As I recall, issues usually hit the news stands a month before the month of the magazine. i.e. the February issue would have hit news stands around the first of January; one month ago. Beats me why they date issues that far ahead but I've seen that to be the case in all the subscriptions I've had over the years. Bicycling, Runner's World, Motor Trend, Motorcyclist, Triathlete . . . it seems to be the industry standard. I just recieve the March issues of Motorcyclist and Triathlete in the mail this week.
