Except for watching Roy Duncan steadily leaving me for 10 miles, I had a good time today. I thought that it was a good turnout, everyone seemed to enjoy the course and it was not as busy as Tanner-Williams and Grand Bay-2-Wilmer roads. I also thought that the protection was good and that those that did pass us were courteous. The food brought by everyone was great and the other Roy (Seewer) came through like a big dog for us.
I knew that there was some reason Vince Kilbourne and I get along so well. Today, I discovered that we are twins born 5 years apart. Happy B-day bro!!!

PS And of course I must mention the BBB members who placed; Andra Bruce (and her son Gavin in the 5k), Rhonda Collings (and her mom and son Jacob in the 5k), Timmy Jernigan (2 weeks after an ironman he does 10 miles in 1:08) and lil ole me. Oh yeah, Jimmy Hansel beat Ronnie "the CH park sightseeing runner" Adams today too.
