Hey runners,
Contrats to all the Mobile runners who did awesome in their races yesterday. Chris, who kicked butt with a 3:21, ouch! Ron who placed 3rd in his age group, nice! Keith, Caesar, and I have not met Mr. Ryan but hope to meet a new running buddie. Great Job!! I ran the 1/2 and didn't do too bad considering it was 3 weeks after IMFL. I ended up running 13.5 because I ran with the 5K runners and missed the turn. oops! that's what I get for wearing head phones and not paying attention. Anyway, 1:47, 2nd in my age. The weather was awesome for the first 10 miles than it got too WARM! I felt for those mary runners. All in all it was a great race, flat, flat, flat, a must do. The medals and shirts are wicked cool!!!!
