Uuhhmmm . . . OK, this is not one of those "Doc, I have this friend who has this problem . . . see . . . what would you recommend my friend do . . . ".

I really do know somone who is not myself who could use some company and a change of scenery for her long run. She's running around 11 min. pace right now. Anyone in your fine group of athletes working at that pace right now for a 10-miler?
