We run at 6:00 AM on Sundays at Commerce Park. It is a light industrial complex near the Blue Bell Plant off of Rangeline Rd. After the second bridge south of the interstate go west (right) straight back to the back of the circle (near the Cintas building) until you see some idiots in running clothes. We usually run 10 miles. This Sunday some of us will be running 20 miles in preparation for the Mardi Gras N.O. marathon. Do join us, misery loves company.
