I need help? It is not fun running and seeing ants and turtles smling has they passed by. I am 69 years old and been running since 1984 and I have completed 188 marathons, yes buzzards are drooling and licking their chops when they see me in a marathon saying "Its snack time". At the present time I run and walk and still can not average a 13 minute pace which is require to go under six hours time limited in most marathons.
This old gray mare is not ready to go to pasture,I also working a 40 hr job and not ready to retire as a nurse. My running goal is to comlete 200 marathons in the next three years. Any suggestion will be welcome in helping me to keep the ants and turtles from smiling has they passed by
