I was awarded the 5th place medal for Local Overall Female, but later found out that I placed 8th. For those who placed 5-8th interested in correcting the placement awards, I will be participating in the Old Mobile 8K on the 14th of April. It wouldn't feel right to have a 5th place medal knowing that I finished 8th. I'm certainly not complaining, b/c I PR-ed this race and feels awesome to finish in the top ten!
