Excellent point about the weather! I've been to two out-of-state marathons where the weather forecast the day before, right up until bedtime, called for 100% chance of all day rain (and/or snow in one case) on race day---and ne'er a drop (or flake) fell either time until well after the last soul finished. If I've learned anything about marathoning, it's that you gotta keep only positive thoughts in your head, 'cause your mind is way more powerful than your body---at least in my case! And if worse comes to worse, you STILL get bragging rights that you did the race "THAT YEAR" when it was so [fill in the blank]. Folks will be all the more in awe of you for that, so you really can't lose!

But that's the crazy thing about the weather: It's all up in the air!

Great good luck to all our Boston runners!

Ok,

Mo
